Calloway Warren Napier, Jr. (November 17, 1912 - April 26, 1990) was born in Hazard, Kentucky to Calloway Napier and Adeline Combs. Napier practiced law in Hazard. He served in the United States Army during World War II. Napier married Mayme Combs in 1940.
