Paul Kelly Wilson (August 23, 1909 - November 1964) was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia to Benjamin Franklin Wilson and Anna Kelly. Wilson graduated from Western Kentucky State College before attending the University of Kentucky. He practiced law in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Wilson was later associated with the Kentucky Department of Revenue in Covington. He married twice--his wives were Mary Patricia Traynor (m. 1936, d. between 1947 and 1950) and Maxine Kinney (m. 1950).
