Kenneth Armitage Howe (March 19, 1911 - November 29, 1970) was born in Madison County, Kentucky to Henry Clay Howe and Olantha Bressler. Howe practiced law in Lexington and later served as an attorney with the United States Forest Service. He later worked as a salesman for a security company. Howe married Alma Floyd in 1936. Howe's son, Kenneth A. Howe, Jr., also graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law and practiced in Lexington.
