Martin Richardson Glenn (December 16, 1905 - April 28, 1980) was born in Frankfort, Kentucky to Moses Glenn and Sarah Jennett. Glenn had a long career in the legal department for the city of Louisville. He served as assistant city law director, special assistant to the Mayor, and as acting safety director. Glenn also served as an attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Louisville and as a clerk for the United States District Court. He married Camille Hamby on August 27, 1931.
