Carroll Willoughby Morrow, LL.B.
Carroll Willoughby Morrow (April 22, 1907 - January 16, 1990) was born in Madisonville, Kentucky to Edward Morrow and Nora Simmons. Morrow practiced law in Madisonville in the firm of Moore, Morrow and Frymire. He served as Madisonville City Attorney for over 20 years, as Hopkins County Attorney, and as Hopkins County Circuit Clerk. Morrow also worked briefly as an agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Morrow married Dorothy Johnson in 1934.
