Henry Elliott Netherton, Sr. (January 20, 1902 - July 23, 1983) was born in La Grange, Kentucky to James Polk Netherton and Sallie Hatcher. Netherton practiced law in La Grange. He served as Oldham County Attorney for 20 years. Netherton married Mildred Anderson Rue in 1931.
