Lohris Hood Stevens (June 22, 1903 - September 15, 1998) was born in Irvine, Kentucky to Francis Jackson Stevens and Jeanette Berryman. Stevens practiced law in Irvine. He served terms as Commonwealth's Attorney, Estill County Attorney, Estill County Treasurer, and as the secretary of the Estill County Board of Education. Stevens married Louise Congleton on August 15, 1931.
