Ralph Albert Stevens (October 25, 1906 - February 18, 2008) was born in Portsmouth, Ohio to Joseph Stevens and Mary Zucker. Stevens also studied law at the University of Cincinnati. He practiced law in Portsmouth. He also served as a judge for 12 years. Stevens married twice--his wives were Mary Barr (m. 1935, d. 1981) and Monna Marshall (m. 1981).
