Malcolm Penrod Wallace (May 19, 1900 - September 29, 1993) was born in Calvert City, Kentucky to Ulysses Wallace and Mellie Milliken. Wallace first attended the University of Illinois where he received a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences in 1925. After graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law, he practiced law in various places in Kentucky including Paducah and Louisville. He served as Assistant District Attorney in Louisville. Wallace moved to Celina, Ohio in the mid 1940s. He worked as a claims manager and attorney for Celina Mutual Insurance and also served as a municipal judge. Wallace married Myra Jane Whitlock.
