Garnett J. Rice (July 28, 1900 - August 21, 1950) was born in Taylor County, Kentucky to William J. Rice and Nellie Fisher. Rice practiced law in Campbellsville, Kentucky. He served as Campbellsville city attorney for ten years. He married Virginia Durrett.
