Carroll Estill Byron (April 25, 1902 - October 29, 1988) was born in Owingsville, Kentucky to Robert Clyde Byron and Elan Estill. Byron practiced law in Owensboro, Kentucky. He also served as Master Commissioner of the Daviess County Circuit Court. Byron was appointed the attorney for the Daviess County Board of Education in 1947. He retired from legal practice in 1958. Byron married Ruth Ballou in 1932.
