Theodore A. Johnson, Jr. (December 30, 1904 - November 5, 1991) was born in Youngstown, Ohio to Theodore A. Johnson and Alice Elizabeth Wherry. Johnson attended Earlham College before attending the University of Kentucky. He practiced law in Mahoning County, Ohio with his father in the law firm of Johnson and Johnson. Johnson married Lillian Thomas Griffing in 1928.
