    Dillard Hazelrigg Turner (June 26, 1897 - January 7, 1922) was born in Montgomery County, Kentucky to Judge Charles Cyrus Turner and Jessie Hazelrigg. Turner took additional legal coursework at Harvard Law school after receiving his A.B. and LL.B. degrees from the University of Kentucky. He died from pneumonia in 1922 while visiting his parents in Frankfort for the holidays.
