Clyde Orbin Burton (August 29, 1893 - August 26, 1936) was born in Warren County, Kentucky to James Robert Burton and Julia Richardson. Burton practiced law in Lexington after receiving his LL.B.. Burton was elected as a Lexington police judge in 1929. He was re-elected for a second term in 1933. Burton died during this second term.
