Samuel Haggan Cole (July 29, 1896 - April 20, 1960) was born in Lexington, Kentucky to Samuel Lee Cole and Mary Haggan. Cole practiced law in Lexington. He served as a representative for Fayette County in the Kentucky General Assembly House of Representatives between 1924-1925. He was elected as Fayette County attorney in 1934 and served in that capacity for 12 years.
