    Description

    Attendees are invited to enjoy learning about bourbon and a tasting at 5:20 pm or at 6:20 pm in the W. T. Young Alumni Gallery.

    Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served, including:

    • Beef tenderloin on party rolls

    • Smoked turkey on party rolls

    • Belgian endive leaves, filled with parmesan and walnut

    • Chicken salad in cheddar cheese cream puffs

    • Tabbouleh with pita points

    • Antipasti cheese torte with crackers

    • Mediterranean salad kabobs, served cold

    • Colorful crisp vegetable tray

    • Hot Browns (served hot)

    • Large bite size dessert tray

    Beverage options include tea and lemonade. Soda, beer, and wine will be available for purchase.

    Bus transportation will be provided from the DoubleTree Hotel to W. T. Young and back between 4:30 to 7:00 pm. You are also welcome to drive.
