Sponsorships support OVGTSL in offering quality educational opportunities to Technical Services Librarians in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. The conference provides a venue for librarians, vendors and students to discuss current issues over two days in informal and formal venues.

Platinum Sponsors ($1,000 or more)
Platinum Level Sponsors support a variety of meal and networking opportunities, such as reception and social event, and offset the cost of printing the agenda provided to attendees during the conference.

Gold Level Sponsors provide support for key conference services, such as refreshments and transportation, or help offset the conference attendance expenses of keynote speakers, and offset the cost of printing the agenda provided to attendees during the conference.

Other Opportunities
Showcase Table $100
Participants will be provided a direct networking opportunity with conference attendees complete with a display table and any support needed to demo ideas, products or services. Participants will receive space as part of the Tuesday morning events from breakfast through closing.

In Kind Gifts
In-kind gift donors will be able to get their name into the hands of each attendees through conference bag and prize swag for the anticipated 150 attendees. Pens, note pads, gadgets, water bottles, tshirts! The possibilities are endless. Gift baskets will be raffled off during the conference.

Sponsorship Benefit Details
Presentation Criteria - Innovation Lightning Round
- Back-to-back presentations for vendors or organizations to promote new and innovative products, services or ideas for 5- to 7-minute presentations depending on number of presenters.
- Guaranteed proposal approval with Platinum or Gold sponsorship.
- This is a no-conflict session on Tuesday morning. Time limit will be strictly observed and participants will be asked to have slide decks loaded in advance to ensure smooth transitions.

Showcase Tables
Showcase tables will be available during Tuesday morning from breakfast (7:30 am) to closing. If you prefer to ship your Showcase material in advance, rather than bring it with you, use the same shipping and deadline information as for signage noted further below. Setup can take place between 6:30 am and 7:30 am. Each table will provide the following:
Innovation Lightning Round
Platinum- and Gold-level sponsors are guaranteed a spot in the Innovation Lightning Round. The deadline for reserving a slot is Friday, April 12, 2019. We will ask for a brief description of your presentation, which may be up to seven minutes long. The Lightning Round will take place from 8:30 am to 9:30 am AM on Tuesday, May 14, 2019.
Complimentary Conference Registration
Every sponsorship above $200 entitles the vendor or organization to one complimentary conference registration. The registration will be in the name of the person submitting the payment, unless otherwise indicated. Registration can be transferred to another individual prior to the conference by notifying the OVGTSL treasurer, Julene Jones. Complete your sponsorship registration here.

Platinum-level sponsors may have material included in the conference registration packet. Material should be clearly identified as to its purpose and shipped to arrive by Monday, May 6, 2019, to:
