Abstract

When COVID initially closed our physical library, we had to think quickly and adapt to a completely virtual environment. This meant rethinking the way we hire and train student workers, the way we teach information literacy, and the way we meet for committee and collaborative work. At first, it was a burden but after the initial shock, I realized what an opportunity we had. This presentation will discuss how transitioning to online training provided a more inclusive and accessible experience for a neurodiverse student worker population.
