Abstract
ASERL is offering a series of webinars to discuss the evolving nature of research library collections, services, and spaces, and their impacts on library employees and users.
In this session, two ASERL library deans discuss their views of how library collections and spaces are changing. Our speakers are Terry Birdwhistell (Dean of Libraries, University of Kentucky) and Bonnie MacEwan (Dean of Libraries, Auburn University). They each come from Library Collections backgrounds and today manage complex organizations. They will discuss how their libraries continue to change over time -- in collections, services, and spaces -- to meet the diverse interests and needs of their user communities and library employees.
