Duane is the Director of the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI), which is a public, non-profit organization to assist its 188 member governments in developing, coordinating, and implementing regional air and water quality, and transportation plans, which are eligibility requirements for the allocation of many federal and state project funds.
