Speaker's Bio
Dr. Benjamin J. Allen is Professor of Transportation and Logistics and Distinguished Professor of Business in the College of Business at Iowa State University. Before joining the faculty at Iowa State in 1979, Dr. Allen taught at Washington State University and served in the Office of Transportation Regulatory Policy of the USDOT as a Brookings Economics Policy Fellow. He has been a consultant with shippers, carriers, and government agencies.
