Raymond Chavez has been, Street Maintenance Engineer for the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, since 1985. Prior to that, he worked for the Department of Interior as a design engineer and quality control engineer. He also worked for the Federal Highway Administration, in Texas, Mississippi, New Jersey, and Colorado as assistant area engineer and project engineer.
