Speaker's Bio
William M. Seymour, Transportation Engineering Branch Manager for Traffic and Permits, Kentucky Department of Highways, District 5 (Louisville), has been with the Department for 23 years. He also has served in Construction, Research, Design, and Planning for the Department. Mr. Seymour earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
