Speaker's Bio
Dean Blake has been the Executive Director of the Plantmix Asphalt Industry of Kentucky since 1983. A native of West Virginia, he graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Blake spent 14 years with the West Virginia Department of Highways, the last five of those years as deputy state highway commissioner.
