John McChord has served as Director of Engineering for the Kentucky Ready-Mixed Concrete Association in Frankfort for over 3 years. Prior to that, he worked for the Department of Highways at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for 30 years, the last 19 of those years as Director of the Division of Materials.
