Speaker's Bio
Dr. Jerry G. Rose has taught Civil Engineering at the University of Kentucky since 1971. Prior to that, he served the Kentucky Department of Highways as a research engineer, and Texas A&M University as a research assistant. He also has worked as an engineer for the Gripstop Cooperation.
