Speaker's Bio
Dr. Tomas R. Leinbach has taught geography at the University of Kentucky since 1977. Prior to that he was research coordinator for the Center for Developmental Change in UK's Graduate School. He also has been a research fellow, Southeast Asia Program, at the Center for International Studies, Ohio University. He has been a visiting professor at the National University of Singapore.
