Speaker's Bio
Randy Gnau, Assistant Director for the Division of Design, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, has served in the Cabinet for over 14 years with experience in the Division of Mass Transportation and Division of Design. In his current position, Mr. Gnau has direct responsibility for the GADD Section, the Standard Drawing Section, and the Coordination Section. He has served on the New Products Committee as the design representative for two years.
