Rinehart* Schaub Shepherd (October 10, 1911 - April 13, 2004) was born in Fullerton, Kentucky to Jerome Roma Shepherd and Mary Frances Holcomb. Shepherd practiced law in Greenup County. In addition to his legal practice, he operated several retail stores throughout the county at various times. Shepherd married Lucille Voiers in 1936.
