Clarence William Wells, Jr. (February 6, 1911 - February 6, 1982) was born in Daviess County, Kentucky to Clarence William Wells and Mary Small. Wells practiced law in Owensboro. He later worked as a lawyer for the Veterans Administration in northern Kentucky. Wells served with the United States Navy during World War II. He married Edna Sharp in 1942.
