Catlett Lockhart Buckner (December 27, 1907 - January 5, 1995) was born in North Carolina to William Buckner and Mary Lockhart. He practiced law in Paris where he also operated a farm. Buckner served in the United States Navy during World War II. He married Marjorie Routt in 1939.
