John Thomas Bowser, Jr. (May 22, 1913 - August 20, 1956) was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky to John Thomas Bowser and Grace Smith. Bowser practiced law in Winchester, Kentucky. He served as Clark County prosecuting attorney for four years. Bowser married twice--his wives were Mettie Vaughan Taylor (m. 1934, d. pre-1940) and Medrith Helen Brandenburg (m.1941).
