Mildred Ophelia Robards (March 16, 1909 - March 18, 1992) was born in Lexington, Kentucky to Price Robards and Elizabeth Warth. Robards received a B.S. in Commerce before attending the College of Law. She worked for many years as an adjudicator for the Social Security Administration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
