Daniel Eison Fowler (November 20, 1908 - February 5, 1991) was born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky to William Thomas Fowler and Ila Earle. Fowler practiced law in Lexington with his father and brother in the law firm of Fowler and Fowler. He served as a Fayette County Judge between 1954 and 1958. He married Florence Louisa Bickel on April 21, 1932.
Fowler's brother, William Earle Fowler (UK Law '27), was also a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law.
