William Henderson Dysard (January 31, 1909 - May 31, 1998) was born in Winchester, Kentucky to Henderson Dysard and Jessie Strother. Dysard graduated from the Greenbrier Military School. He received a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky in 1931 before receiving his LL.B. in 1932. Dysard practiced law with his father in the Ashland firm of Dysard & Dysard. He married twice--his wives were Geneva Bushey (m. 1939, d. ?) and Lois Elise Stewart (m. ?).
