Joseph Henry Cleveland (June 20, 1904 - September 14, 1972) was born in Kenton County, Kentucky to Charles Cleveland and Kathern Riggs. Cleveland practiced law in Texas. He served as Sherman County Attorney and practiced law in Arlington and Bowie. Cleveland married twice--his wives were Hilma Mildred Brown (m. December 21, 1932, d. pre-1941) and Willie Mae Dickenson (m. July 12, 1941).
