John Joseph McGurk, Jr. (June 22, 1908 - January 14, 1959) was born in Lexington, Kentucky to John Joseph McGurk, Sr. and Katherine Clohesey. He worked for the American Tobacco Company in Durham, North Carolina as an assistant manager. McGurk married Pauline Willingham on October 27, 1934.
