Nebraska Everett Frey, LL.B.
Nebraska Everett Frey (May 14, 1905 - September 25, 1982) was born in Guthrie, Kentucky to Emmett Malcolm Frey and Connie Everett. Frey studied at several universities before receiving his LL.B. including Southwestern University, University of Alabama, Washington and Lee University, and Harvard University. Frey practiced law in Elkton, Lexington, and Owensboro at different points in his career. He served terms as Todd County Attorney. During World War II, Frey served with the United States Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps. Frey married twice--his wives were Grace Louise Barr (m. 1938, d. pre-1942, m. 1942, d. pre-1948), and Ruth Lindsey (m. 1948).
