Description
Fred Lisanby (December 21, 1907 - February 24, 1956) was born in Dawson Springs, Kentucky to Charles Malachi Lisanby and Bettie Morris. Lisanby practiced law in Georgetown, Kentucky. He served as the attorney for the Georgetown water commission and the Scott County school board. Additionally, he served terms as city attorney. Lisanby married Lucy Belle Thompson.
