William Rogers Hodgen (April 25, 1907 - October 6, 1969) was born in Lebanon, Kentucky to William Symington Hodgen and Bessie Rogers. Hodgen worked for the W.C. Langley Co. in New York City after graduation. He later returned to Lebanon, Kentucky in the late 1940s where he operated a self-service laundromat. Hodgen died from a heart attack in 1969 while on vacation in Casper, Wyoming. He married Frances Ellen Watson in 1935 but the couple divorced between 1942 and 1950.
