Chester DeForest Silvers (October 17, 1902 - November 25, 1967) was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky to Neal Oscar Silvers and Nellie Mae Gillespie. Silvers practiced in Lexington after graduation. Additionally, he served in the Army Judge Advocate General Corps. He married Sally Ann Hargis in 1934.
