Charles Louis Daniel, Jr. (March 11, 1903 - May 17, 1977) was born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky to Charles Louis Daniel, Sr. and Josephine Diuguid. Daniel practiced law in Hopkinsville after receiving his LL.B.. Daniel moved to Pasadena, California in the mid-1930s and practiced law there for the rest of his life. He was married twice--his wives were Mary Hester Middleton (m. 1930, d. before 1954) and Laverne Price (m. 1954).
