Henry Clay Cox (October 12, 1904 - November 16, 1993) was born in Garrard County, Kentucky to Henry Cox and Nancy White. Cox practiced law in Lancaster, Kentucky. He served as County Attorney and as the editor of Lancaster's Central Record Newspaper. Cox also served as a Circuit Judge for the 13th Judicial District. Cox married Lucy Walker in 1938.
