    Edwin Osgood Ross (August 18, 1902 - February 6, 1973) was born in Covington, Kentucky to Isaiah Charles Ross and Mary Rom. Ross practiced law in Kenton County. He served as judge of the Ludlow police court for three years beginning in 1930. He was an attorney for the Veterans Administration office in Lexington between 1945 and 1966. Ross was a veteran of World War II. He married Ruth Scales.
