Hughes Hamilton Rice (April 2, 1905 - November 12, 1955) was born in Fayette County, Kentucky to John Hughes Rice and May Corrington. Rice practiced law in Lexington and Frankfort. He served as an Assistant Attorney General for Kentucky, as an acting police judge in Lexington, and as City Probation Agent in Lexington. Rice married Mae Alma Crutcher in 1929.
