Charles R. Heizer (March 29, 1899 - November 13, 1975) was born in Osage City, Kansas to Robert Heizer and Minerva Whitman. Heizer first graduated from the University of Kansas in 1921. He was admitted to both the Kansas and Kentucky Bar Associations after graduating from the University of Kentucky in 1925. Heizer practiced law in Osage City. He was Osage County attorney between 1958 and 1962. Heizer married Nellie Borland in 1949.
