“Greasy” will practice his profession at the “courting house” at Owensboro, where he has already a case of much importance. He has taken it to the court of appeal, in an attempt to set a precedent. A decision on the question, which is being litigated, is expected in the very near future, and will be handed down by Justice L. Arnold, late appointee to the bench and an able practitioner.
