We seem to hear the strains of “Down the old Church Aisle” in Sneed’s case. Anyway, it would be a fitting conclusion to his very active and eventful college career, than which few have been crammed full of more activity.

Julian Sneed Yager (March 26, 1903 - March 1, 1993) was born in LaGrange, Kentucky to Julian Thomas Yager and Anna Sneed. Yager worked as a tax agent in Ashland, Kentucky after graduation. He later worked as a real estate lawyer in Corbin and Frankfort. In the 1970s, he worked in the Kentucky Department of Personnel. Yager married Helen Arthur in 1924.
