Thomas Bruce Fuller (September 3, 1900 - January 17, 1968) was born in Morgantown, Kentucky to . Fuller practiced law in Lexington after graduating from the University of Kentucky. He focused his legal career on real estate. Fuller later moved his practice to Washington, D.C.. He married twice--his wives were Pauline Bogan (m. 1940) and Eleanor Hill.
