Martin Oscar Wheeler*, LL.B.
Martin Oscar Wheeler (April 13, 1890 - December 23, 1974) was born in Johnson County, Kentucky to Martin VanBuren Wheeler and Sarah Justice. Wheeler practiced as a criminal defense attorney in Paintsville after attending the University of Kentucky. He married Leila Lillian Maye Stafford in 1914.
*Mr. Wheeler is not listed in the 1915 edition of The Kentuckian.
